We had a wonderful time at this place! The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning scenery with a "stopped on time" look of the village. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also took advantage of the spa and wellness center, which offered a relaxing sauna and massage. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience that we highly recommend to everyone.

The hotel had a great location, perfect for exploring nearby parks. The rooms were modern, clean and nicely decorated. The owners and staff were friendly and always willing to help, providing great recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. the log burner in the lounge area created a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The breakfast had a limited variety, however, the food was still tasty and enjoyable. The spa facilities were not what we expected from a four-star hotel, consisting of only a small sauna and indoor swimming pool.

Nothing, it is perfect.

the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the toiletries were lovely. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure every guest had a great stay. They even upgraded me to a suite! the location was perfect for exploring the Pyrenees and there were many walks starting right from the village. the scenery was spectacular and there were lots of sights to see within about 30 minutes of the property.

The only minor downside was that the menu could be more varied, but considering the size of the hotel it made sense. the lighting in the room could have been brighter.
